Return & Exchange Policy for Products

  • Buyers Product related complaint for refund or replacement can be lodged at [email protected]. However, in the event of false complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • For Perishable items, you may raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
  • For Non-Perishable items, you may raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Products packaging is not damaged or tampered.
  • The Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If Buyer wishes to exchange instead of Return, Product will be exchange also.
  • The return shall be initialed after considering above said points and in the same mode of payment as done by Buyer.
  • We may change our Return & Exchange policy from time to time.
